About
How can we tell stories from now on? Shot amidst the quarantine and political turmoil in Latin America's biggest city, edited with intense research, this film interviews writers, philosophers and political scientists who brought up pertinent and urgent reflections on possible scenarios in a post-pandemic world. "Stories from Afterwards" traces a narrative line that starts from the principles of scientific thought, from works that predicted (or not) the future, from Arthur C. Clarke to Margaret Atwood, up to the challenges of creating stories in a world in constant transformation, with visible and invisible enemies, between denialist policies from Bolsonaro's government and disruptive technologies.
